Assembling The 8.8cm FlaK36 gun
Step 1.
Begin assembly of the 8.8cm FlaK36 gun by attaching the outrigging arms to the central cruciform.
Below:
The completed cruciform mount.
Step 2.
Next, attach the barrel rest to the central cruciform.
Step 3.
Join the two halves of the gun mount together
sandwiching
the 8.8cm barrel assembly between them.
Step 4.
Next, attach the gun shield to the front of the gun mount and barrel assembly.
Step 5.
Complete assembly of the 8.8cm Heavy AA gun by attaching the gun assembly to the cruciform mount
.
Step 6.
The 8.8cm Heavy AA gun is based on a large six-hole base.
Step 7.
Use the base plugs to fill any holes on the bases that aren't required.
Step 8.
Next, attach the gunner using superglue.

Step 9.
Position the rest of the gun crew on the base using superglue.
Step 10.
Finally, add the 8.8cm Heavy AA gun to the base.
Optional Step:
Use the spent ammunition casing, loose ammunition and ratten ammunition cases to personalise your 8.8cm Heavy AA gun.
Optional Step:
the 8.8cm FlaK36 gun comes with extra crew figures and medium bases. Some Late-War books have the option to increase the Rate Of Fire of the gun by adding extra crew. To show that your gun has the extra crew place the base with the extra figures behind the gun (example shown below).
